Purpose and Description of Services
Keeptexting provides a platform where its users can compose messages (or advert), save such messages (or advert) in draft or send them immediately or at a scheduled date to recipients' mobile phones either in bulk or individually. Keeptexting provides flexibility, accessibility and exploration of its services to its users. Its services are only available in Nigeria across all communication networks.
In order to meet the various needs of our users, Keeptexting offers three product types: SMSLite, SMSClassic and SMSDeluxe. Registered members of one product type can switch access and explore other product types. Each of the product types is unique in the services rendered.
Keeptexting, in its own discretion, may limit the use of its services, change fees for its services, modify or terminate any of its services. You agree that these changes may occur and that Keeptexting is not answerable as a result of such changes. By using the services you agree that Keeptexting shall not be accountable to you for any modification, suspension or termination of its services.
Type of services
Keeptexting offers a range of services depending on its product type. Such services include FreeSms, AdvertSales, ScheduledSMS, ScheduledAdvert, GroupSMS, ScheduledClusters, ContactManager.
Users of Keeptexting services
Users agree to be the owner or authorized users of the mobile devices used for registering on Keeptexting. A registered user is limited to one account but has accessibility to all product types. Each account is password protected and as such users are responsible for all security information relating to their account. Keeptexting is not accountable for your actions while using its services, you are required to respect other users and properly conduct yourself while using our site. Keeptexting reserves the right to freeze any account that is inactive for over three months or that is in breach of our terms and conditions. Users will not have access to Keeptexting services during the period of account freeze. The users of these services are governed by the Privacy Policy of Keeptexting.
Text message content
Contents of sms text messages composed, saved or sent from Keeptexting remain the property of the users. Keeptexting is not responsible and will not redistribute or tamper with content of messages except it violates these terms and conditions or it is required by law. Keeptexting disallows its users from sending abusive, harmful and fraudulent messages as such messages can be traced to the originator upon request from government agencies like EFCC. Contents of text messages must be purposeful and contain the permitted amount of characters.
Sending and delivering your text messages.
Keeptexting provides adequate measures to ensure that text messages that are sent on our site pass through our SMS gateway to the appropriate communication network which is responsible for delivery to the recipient mobile device. However, Keeptexting cannot guarantee the services of the communication networks and the receiving device itself. Keeptexting, however, provides its users with status report for sent messages which could either be pending, delivered or other error messages. Note therefore that keeptexting is not respobsible for the non delivery of messages sent to phone numbers that are outside the Nigerian communication network covered by keeptexting.
Online Payment
While Keeptexting takes all steps to keep secure and confidential any information or data related to transactions initiated on our platform. The user will be fully responsible and liable for (including without limitation, all charges, losses or damages whatsoever arising from):
(a) Data stored or transmitted on or through the Systems; or
(b) Any use of the Systems passwords or identification codes assigned by Keeptexting.
The user shall ensure that Keeptexting is promptly notified of any security breach, misuse, irregularity, suspected fraudulent transaction, account numbers or any suspicious activities that may be connected with attempts to commit fraud or other illegal activity through the use of the Keeptexting platform.
Advertisement
By using the keeptexting services, you agree to receiving adverts from our affiliate, partners and clients. Keeptexting offers a product type, SMSLite, which allows users to advertise either by appending to text messages or using the full sms for advert.
Restriction on the use of services
Keeptexting hopes to promote a safe and fun atmosphere for our users, therefore by using Keeptexting services, you agree that you will not: — Interfere with or disrupt Keeptexting services.
— Use Keeptexting services to send, share, promote, or advertise harmful or illegal material.
— Impersonate other members of Keeptexting by using their account information.
